Principal Solicitor

Kim Aziz is Principal Solicitor at Ardent Lawyers and is dedicated to making the legal process clear, supportive and accessible for her clients. With qualifications in Business and Law, together with more than a decade of experience in banking, she brings practical insight to matters involving family law, property, estates and banking. Kim is a strong advocate for young children, is on the Legal Aid panel, and is also a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. She is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia, and is a member of the Law Society of NSW.

Yousif Aziz is a Solicitor with a strong passion for human rights, justice and advocacy for individuals and the community. He is also a Legal Studies high school teacher at Ulladulla High School, bringing a strong commitment to legal education and the administration of justice. As Ardent Lawyers’ criminal and commercial lawyer, Yousif provides practical, thoughtful advice across a range of matters. Having lived in the Ulladulla area for the past 10 years, he brings a community-minded approach to his work. 

Legal Assistant - Justice of Peace

Joanne King is a Legal Assistant and Justice of the Peace who has been part of the local community for over 30 years. She brings strong administrative experience, local knowledge and a friendly, supportive approach to her role. Joanne was also an active member of the local SES.

Work experience student

Jaya Pimm is a motivated work experience student with a strong interest in law, justice and social impact. Her time with Ardent Lawyers has strengthened her goal of pursuing a career in law.
