PROBATE / LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION
Take the stress out of an already difficult time by entrusting us with the Probate /Letters process for a deceased estate.
Depending on the type and size of assets the deceased owned at the date of death, a grant of probate is required from the NSW Supreme Court to administer the estate of the deceased if the deceased had a Will and held assets in NSW. Letters of administration are required from the NSW Supreme Court if there are assets in NSW and the deceased died without a will or there is no executor available to administer the will.
Following our initial contact with you (by phone or in person), we can provide you with an estimate of legal fees the estate can expect to pay at the conclusion of the matter.
To read more information about the process involved in applying for a Grant of Probate, visit the NSW Supreme Court web page on applying for Probate. For information about the Letters of Administration process, you can visit the NSW Supreme Court web page on applying for Letters of Administration.
